Owner Operator Eric Cash has over thirty years of experience in environmental services, having developed and operated numerous solid waste handling facilities, recycling facilities and collection companies.
Over the last fifteen years, he has implemented progressive practices into his solid waste operations and is highly regarded as an industry expert in recycling, waste diversion, air space conservation and landfill reclamation. Mr. Cash founded Cash Development, LLC and Cash Environmental Resources, LLC in 1997—with the primary business focus in environmental stewardship and environmental development.
John Murchie serves as the Director of Operations and Business Development for Cash Environmental Resources and is dedicated to sustainability and renewable energy solutions to help the environment. John’s experience with business development, organizational and project management in both the public and private sectors make him a valuable addition to the Cash Environmental Resources team. He joined the Cash Environmental team two years ago after leaving the education field where he was highly regarded as an Assistant Principal and had been recently named Athletic Director of the year.
Doug Deitemeyer is the site manager for Coastal Landfill Disposal of Florida, and overseas operations of concrete crushing, screening and shredding. He is responsible for personnel, training and C&D disposal. Doug ensures quality processing of material collected at the site. He strongly encourages recycling and volunteers with Keep Pasco Beautiful.
Mr. Deitemeyer understands sustainability is at the forefront of environmental issues for Florida and works in tandem with Florida’s government 75% goal for recycling. Additionally, he is certified through the University of Florida’s Treeo Center as a landfill operator, and attributes his 15 years of success with Coastal C&D Landfill to fast and efficient service for his customers.
Thomas Knight is an established finance and accounting executive with 20+ years of proven experience maximizing the overall financial health of organizations, including developing and implementing the financial policies, procedures, and best practices necessary to drive top and bottom line results.
In all his positions he has maximized cash flow by instituting GAAP into day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring all resources within the organization possess the tools, training, coaching and accountability necessary to meet all mission-critical financial goals, objectives and commitments.
Mr. Knight has a record of accomplishment in leading turnarounds of underperforming accounting and finance organizations, streamlining processes to increase the overall quality, accuracy and efficiency in reporting to senior executives. He possesses C-level financial decision-making abilities, having held complete responsibility for the strategic financial directions of multiple organizations.
Debbie Rose serves as the Office Administrator for Cash Environmental Resources, and all other entities related to CER. Debbie has served in this roll for over 10 years and continues to provide exceptional client and employee relations.
Debbie is the main point of contact for all administrative activities including payroll processing, insurance, 401K, billing and all other questions for the Florida and Georgia locations.
Brandie Townsend is dedicated to the triple bottom-line: people, profit and the planet. She brings a wide range of environmental connectivity and resources to the table as the Operations and Business Development Coordinator for CER. Brandie has an extensive background in business sustainability and recycling logistics. She has experience in developing positive relationships with clients and has a keen ability to communicate features and benefits of sustainable design, products and services. Townsend has manufacturing and logistical experience developing optimal solutions and driving sustainable returns on investments.
